Job summary

Mars Snacking seeks an Omni and Execution Excellence Manager to lead omnichannel strategy for Accelerator, spanning legacy Kellanova brands and high-potential partners. Based in Mississauga, the role requires translating customer and retail insights into actionable plans that boost performance.

You will collaborate across Customer Omni Directors, Shopper Marketing, Sales, and SDL teams to drive unified activation, governance, and growth across both physical and digital shelves.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education or equivalent work experience in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Omnichannel, eCommerce, Category Management, Sales Strategy, Retail Execution, Shopper Marketing, or related commercial functions.
• Strong understanding of Canadian retail customers, omnichannel commerce, and retail execution fundamentals.
• Experience developing strategic recommendations using customer, shopper, syndicated, retail media, and digital commerce data.
• Demonstrated ability to translate insights into action-oriented business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Growth & Customer Strategy: Develop JBPs and growth opportunities across physical and digital channels.
• Retail Execution & Perfect Store Excellence: Lead measurement and opportunities for in-store growth.
• Business Insights, Reporting & Capability Building: Create executive-level dashboards and playbooks; monitor trends.
