Mars Snacking seeks an Omni and Execution Excellence Manager (Finance) in Mississauga. You will lead omnichannel strategy across Accelerator brands, translating shopper and digital data into actions that improve business results.

This role blends customer strategy with retail execution and analytics to shape profitable growth and stronger in-store performance. Based in Mississauga with in-office collaboration, you’ll work across teams to prioritize opportunities, develop insights, and deliver

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education or equivalent work experience in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Omnichannel/eCommerce/Category Management experience.
• Strong understanding of Canadian retail customers and omnichannel fundamentals.
• Experience turning insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Strong project management and change management skills.
• Advanced communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel and retailer reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead omnichannel growth and customer strategy across JBPs.
• Partner with Customer Omni Directors to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop omnichannel strategies aligning objectives with commercial goals.
• Create growth stories and influence omni investments and plans.
