Job summary

OmniaBio is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I at its Hamilton, Ontario facility to join a GMP-focused, 12-hour shift team supporting cell and gene therapy manufacturing.

You will follow SOPs, use aseptic techniques, operate cleanroom equipment, and work with SAP while contributing to continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with documented procedures is preferable.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift or carry up to 20 pounds.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Follows OmniaBio’s policies, SOPs and GMP documentation with Good Documentation Practice.
• Utilizes aseptic techniques under guidance of experienced colleagues and management.
• Operates and cleans cleanroom equipment.
• Utilize SAP enterprise system for supporting manufacturing activities.
• Supports room and equipment commissioning, qualification and validation activities.
• Ensures classified space within the manufacturing area is kept clean and under control.
• Responsible for health and safety of self, co-workers, and visitors.
• Participates in investigations to derive root cause of non-conformance.
• Adopts the OmniaBio Operating Model and embraces continuous improvement.
• Engages in training to perform work in GMP cleanrooms and take on increased responsibilities.

Position Summary:

As a ManufacturingAssociate Iat OmniaBio, you will be part of a high‑performing team focused on production projects adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) atOmniaBio’sHamilton, Ontario, facility.This position is site‑based, with work hours adhering to a designated pattern of 12‑hour shifts.The primary function of this role is to execute manufacturing activities in support ofOmniaBio’sclient service provision to manufacture lifesaving cell and gene therapies.
