Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to support online order fulfillment. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction while following safety and food hygiene standards.

You will help deliver a seamless online shopping experience, support the team, and participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and service. This role requires flexibility for shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Able to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately across temperature zones.
• Verify product selection, quantities, and codes to ensure order accuracy.
• Label and ship orders, complete documentation and packing slips.
• Maintain a clean, organized packing area and safe work environment.
• Assist customers and team members; resolve simple issues and questions.
• Follow safety, food hygiene and quality standards consistently.
