Responsibilities

• Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders
• Assemble orders from different temperature zones with accuracy for on-time delivery
• Pack orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes
• Select fresh, high-quality products and remove damaged items
• Complete required documentation and labels, including pick slips and shipping labels
• Pack totes efficiently to maximize space while preserving quality and safety
• Balance fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction and resolve issues
• Follow food hygiene and safety standards and operate equipment safely
