What You'll Do

• Pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones with care to ensure on-time delivery.
• Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similar products, and verifying quantities and product codes.
• Ensure products are of the highest quality, free from damage, and fresh.
• Document and label orders accurately, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
• Optimize space when packing orders without compromising quality standards.
• Balance fulfillment duties with customer interaction and support issues to resolution.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards, keep work areas clean, operate equipment safely, and perform safety checks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to work assignments based on customer needs and schedules.
