What you'll do...
  1. Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones with care and attention to quality to ensure "On Time" delivery to customers.
  2. Pack orders meticulously, distinguishing between similar products, verifying quantities, and ensuring correct product codes.
  3. Ensure that all picked products are of the highest quality, free from damage and with the freshest selection.
  4. Document and label all orders accurately by interpreting documentation such as pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  5. Optimize tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
  6. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interactions, supporting issues to resolution.
  7. Maintain strict safety and food hygiene standards, including keeping work areas clean, cleaning spills immediately, ensuring totes are debris-free, and operating material handling equipment safely with completed safety checks. Exhibit behaviors supporting the organization’s mission and core values.
  8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting operational, productivity, safety, and quality enhancements. Demonstrate flexibility in work assignments based on customer requests and delivery schedules.
