Job summary

CBC/Radio-Canada invites applications for a temporary Senior Analyst (Unit Production Manager) for LA28 Olympics content in Toronto. You will report to the Senior Director - Sports and oversee the production and financial management of features and branded content, including planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

You will collaborate with CBC Sports Executive Producers and international committees, negotiate with suppliers, hire freelancers, and ensure budget integrity while keeping

Qualifications

University degree in Business/Finance or equivalent work experience.
Strong financial understanding and production planning knowledge.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for media production.

Responsibilities

Create and manage production plans and budgets for sports features.
Control expenditures and analyse budget variances to maintain budget integrity.
Coordinate pre-/post-production logistics and vendor selection.
Hire freelancers and staff; coordinate travel and contracts.
Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for the Olympic features.
