Job summary

Pason is seeking an energetic Field Service Technician to install and support hardware and software on drilling and service rigs. Relocation to Cold Lake, AB is required, with occasional US travel. Training and tools are provided, including a field service vehicle.

The role emphasizes customer service, problem-solving and the ability to work independently and in teams on irregular hours. Starting salary is $85,000 CAD with eligible discretionary bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in oilfield drilling/service rigs is an asset.
• Willingness to relocate to Cold Lake, AB.
• Willingness to travel to the US as needed.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service during installation and ongoing support of Pason hardware and software on rigs.
• Install equipment to company standards and ensure proper operation for customers.
• Maintain records and manage equipment, inventory, and vehicle.
• Sell Pason products and services and provide leads to sales staff.
• Collaborate with Field Service Technicians and Travel as required.
