Job summary

Park Paving Ltd. is seeking an Oil & Lube Service Field Technician to work out in the field and support our operations in the Edmonton area.

Based in Sherwood Park, AB, you will operate a 2-ton service and lube truck, perform on-site oil and filter changes, grease equipment, and keep detailed records using our asset management software. This full-time position requires a valid Class 5 license and the ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver's license (or higher).
• Must be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle.
• Proven experience as a lube/service technician, or equivalent experience/education.
• Previous experience with scheduled maintenance on construction equipment and trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 2-ton service and lube truck.
• Perform on-site oil and filter changes, equipment greasing, and fluid level checks.
• Replace wear parts and perform small mechanical repairs.
• Keep detailed records of work performed using the company's asset management software.

Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton. We own and operate a large fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles as part of our business and we are looking for aOIL & LUBE SERVICE FIELD TECHNICIANto work out in the field and help support our company's operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Operation of a 2-ton service and lube truck
• Performing on-site oil and filter changes, equipment greasing, and fluid level checks.
• Replacing wear parts and performing small mechanical repairs.
• Keeping detail records of work performed using the company's asset management software.

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 Driver's license (or higher)
• MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A STANDARD TRANSMISSION VEHICLE
• Proven experience as a lube/service technician, or equivalent experience/education
• Previous experience with scheduled maintenance on construction equipment and trucks
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Must be able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions
