Job summary

SECURE in Calgary, AB is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering & Construction to lead MOC projects across tanks, instrumentation, vessels, piping, and pipelines. You will define scope, budget, and schedule, and work with Operations, Contractors, and Technical teams to meet project requirements.

The role requires Oil & Gas project experience, strong writing and stakeholder management skills, and willingness to travel regionally (AB, BC, SK, North Dakota). On-site with some field time.

Qualifications

• Experience managing oil & gas engineering projects.
• Ability to manage budgets up to $500k and multi-stakeholder engagement.
• Strong writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Operations to identify opportunities and execute MOC projects.
• Define scope, objectives and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Assemble budgets and monitor forecasted spend within schedule.
• Ensure Occupational Health & Safety compliance in the province.
• Track milestones and risks to ensure on-time delivery.
