Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a driven, self-motivated professional to elevate their career by assuming the role of Oil and Gas Account Lead with respect to assessing and remediating contaminated sites. With a proven reputation for excellence in client management and business development, the candidate will help shape Arcadis’ growing impact across various regions by leveraging their knowledge of the oil and gas sector with respect to contaminated sites and restoration. Reporting directly to Arcadis Canada Oil and Gas Market Sector Leader, the candidate will be an integral member of the Resilience Environment Team at Arcadis.
Role accountabilities:
The Oil and Gas Account Lead -Contaminated Sites/Restoration will be responsible for one to multiple client account teams, expanding business development opportunities and client relationships to strategically grow Arcadis’ oil and gas portfolio. They will coordinate with other Arcadis’s business lines to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and grow the business.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients by crafting and delivering tailored solutions forContaminated Sites/Restoration, leading teams in preparing winning proposals, and delivering successful presentations, negotiating critical issues with clients, potential teaming partners, and subconsultants, and overseeing the planning, design, and construction administration of projects to ensure the delivery of quality services and deliverables within project schedules.
The successful candidate will develop scope and cost proposals for task orders and projects, contribute to the strategic growth, planning, and support of various key market initiatives throughout the region and support the development of junior and mid-level staff. They will be expected to provide technical input on projects, and travel to project sites and client meetings as required.

The successful candidate will have 5 to 10 years of relevant sales and account management experience, along with client/ project management experience on environmental and/or engineering projects of various sizes.
