Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead/Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OIC Gen2 integrated with Oracle CX Cloud, along with a deep understanding of integration patterns, Oracle best practices, and design methodologies. This role involves leading integration projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architecture and design of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen2 solutions, utilizing OIC capabilities to integrate Oracle CX Cloud and other systems.
2. Implement various integration patterns (e.g., real-time, batch, event-driven) to meet business requirements following Oracle best practices.
3. Design and execute integrations with on-premises systems using adapters such as FTP, JDBC, SOAP, and REST.
4. Configure and optimize integrations using the OIC CX Cloud adapter and other relevant adapters for performance and scalability.
5. Define disaster recovery strategies and implement performance tuning for high availability and efficiency.
6. Utilize Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for UI extensions and SaaS integrations, providing guidance on APEX applications where appropriate.
7. Implement process automation workflows within OIC to streamline business processes.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project success.
9. Maintain knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and leverage them in integration projects (e.g., Object Store, Serverless Functions, Streaming, Queues).

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen2.
• Strong understanding of integration design patterns, best practices, and design principles.
• Experience designing and implementing complex integrations with both on-premises and cloud systems.
• Experience with Oracle CX Cloud integration patterns and technologies.
• Familiarity with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for UI development and process automation.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience, including leading teams and making architectural decisions.
