Job description

Canada Moving is London, Ontario's oldest moving company and has been providing affordable moving rates for over 125 years. The London location serves as Canada Moving's national headquarters. We are seeking a versatile, flexible individual to join our team.

Responsibilities
  1. Arranging and scheduling services, as well as researching and sourcing third-party services.
  2. Interacting with agents and operations personnel.
  3. Communicating regularly with clients and service providers.
  4. Reviewing documentation.
  5. Maintaining databases and completing data entry.
  6. Coordinating booked moves with the operations team.
  7. Processing transactions.
  8. Assisting the sales team with lead management.
Qualifications
  1. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic computer skills.
  2. Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
  3. Strong conflict resolution skills and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  5. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, agents, and personnel.
  6. Reliable transportation to and from the office (note: bus route is not reliable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
