What you'll do
- Printing and sorting reports such as Warehouse Receiving Detail, Inventory Tracking, 5 Week No Item Movement, Store Clearance Listing, Inventory Adjustment, and Detailed Markdown to Zero.
- Work with AMP+ and BPM items.
- Review and process reports including Receiving over 3 days old, NOF/Local Item, Scanning Exceptions, and Detailed Markup/Markdown Reports.
- Process D38/D40 MTRs.
- Support DSD & Claims as needed.
- Prevent shrinkage, ensure proper handling of repaired merchandise, follow return procedures, process recalled merchandise timely, and adhere to the UPC Key Controls Checklist by managing all UPC documents.
- Follow the Invoicing key controls checklist to ensure timely payments for merchandise and services.
- Adhere to the Accounting key controls checklist by managing ATM replenishment, daily cash pickups, identifying register discrepancies, processing cash transfers, researching chargebacks, completing TRM procedures, bank deposits, and preparing/reviewing key reports and reconciling journal accounts.
The minimum pay rate for this position starts at $19.20 per hour, with the exact rate determined based on relevant experience.
