A leading IT staffing firm is seeking an Administrative Support to assist the VP of Nextore. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, document handling, and maintaining confidentiality. Ideal candidates should have some accounting experience and exhibit professional behavior at all times.

Job Title : Administrative Support

Pay Rate : $14.00 / hour on W2
Description :
This is an intermediate level position under general supervision, providing a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit.
General Function : This position will provide administrative support to the VP of Nextore. The Administrative Assistant is a team player that acts as a role model for other administrative support staff by demonstrating consistent high-level performance and maintaining the utmost professional demeanor and highest level of confidentiality and trust.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Additional Information
Manager is looking for a more junior-level candidate with Accounting experience in a high-volume environment.
