Position : Office Supervisor

Overview :

Queens Harbour, a premier dining destination in downtown Toronto, is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Office Supervisor to support our fast-paced hospitality operation and ensure the smooth flow of administrative functions.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team in the city center, emphasizing integrity, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leading administrative workflows and maintaining digital and physical filing systems.
  • Managing payroll functions, including timesheet validation, wage adjustments, and coordination with accounting.
  • Overseeing invoice processing and vendor communication.
  • Improving office procedures to ensure compliance and confidentiality.
  • Monitoring data entry and reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinating onboarding and HR documentation for new employees.
  • Collaborating with operational managers to align administrative support with business goals.
  • Managing internal communications and meeting logistics.

Key Requirements :

  • Proven experience in administrative, supervisory, or office management roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows efficiently.
  • High proficiency with office software (Excel, Word, scheduling tools, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Successful track record in producing results and system improvements.
  • Familiarity with AnyDay, Blackfox, and Silverware is an asset.

Expected start date : July 2025

Job Type : Full-time, Permanent

Reports to : Office and Talent Manager

Wage : $24–$30 per hour (based on experience)
