We are seeking an Office Services Coordinator to join our Central Services team. This is a full-time, permanent position—ideal for individuals who are organized, client-focused, and thrive in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Manager, Office Services
  • Ordering office and lounge supplies
  • Coordinating and providing day-to-day support for central services tasks
  • Managing invoices for the central services department
  • Assisting the Central Services team with daily tasks as needed
  • Managing petty cash
  • Providing reception relief when required
  • Delivering onboarding training to new team members
  • Performing additional assistance and ad hoc tasks as needed
