Job description

General Accountability

Reporting to the Manager, Office Services, the Office Services Clerk is responsible for providing support to all areas within office services and facilities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Completing printing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, sorting, and document assembly requests.
  • Operating and maintaining photocopiers, faxes, scanners, binders, and other office/computer equipment. Arrange for service calls as required.
  • Retrieving and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely manner (e.g., mail, fax, courier, interoffice, etc.).
  • Assisting with office events including setup, takedown, and cleanup.
  • Providing support with boardroom setup and takedown as required.
  • Assisting with internal office moves.
  • Assisting Reception, Hospitality, Central Services, and other departments as required.

Compensation + Benefits

The typical salary range for this position is $50,000 – $55,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal and market equity.
