Canadian Shield Health Care Services is in search of outgoing, kind, and ambitious individuals to join our Administration / Scheduling Team to contribute to our mission of providing Clients with a superior level of care.

✓ High School education is required.

✓ 2 Years Of Office/Call Center Experience Is Required.

✓ Post Secondary education is an asset.

✓ Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.

✓ Health Care knowledge / experience is an asset.

✓ Must currently reside in Sudbury.

✓ Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset.

✓ Strong communication skills.

✓ Computer Literacy

✓ Experience working within a team.

✓ Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

✓ Attention to detail.

✓ Professionalism and strong Client / Customer Service skills.

✓ Available to work 25-40hrs per week between 7am – 9pm.

✓ Must be able to manage a high stress environment.

✓ Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls.

✓ Problem solving – participating / brainstorming solutions.

✓ Build and input weekly schedules for Home Care and Long-Term Care Facilities.

✓ Perform Administration duties such as: scanning, filing, emailing, etc.

✓ Ensure the happiness of all Field Staff Members and Clients.

✓ Participate in the Company’s On-Call.
