A Real Estate Community Relations Firm specializing in development planning and approvals is currently looking for an outstanding full-time Community Relations Coordinator!

Yes, this position requires an individual who has advanced research capabilities, methodical planning, and attention to detail, and C-Level executive assistant experience, but it also requires someone who can spearhead events, liaison with key stakeholders and media, and really thrive in multiple social settings. Think PR meets Executive Support. An incredibly personable and highly organized person who strikes the perfect balance between work and play!

An understanding of development projects, or the world of real estate, will be considered an asset. Managing and maintaining Executive requirements, running the day-to-day needs of an office, overseeing both internal and external event planning, and the ability to really connect on a personal level with key community people are essential.

Compensation :

60,000 - $67,000+ yearly DOE

Responsibilities :

  • Organize all aspects of the day-to-day office, including managing office supplies and organizing equipment maintenance and repair
  • Greets clients and visitors in person and on the phone
  • Implements and communicates office policies
  • Oversee calendar, travel, itineraries, and communication for the Principal
  • Prepares and schedules meetings, events, and company activities
  • Managing appointments and meetings for the Principal
  • Ensuring office technology is efficient and up-to-date
  • Organize communication for the Principal from both internal and external requests
  • Prioritize conflicting schedules and manage timelines with efficiency and effective planning
  • Ensure high-level assistance for the Firm's Principal, Directors, and Project Managers on multiple projects involving stakeholders, media, and development firms
  • Take minutes and disseminate information to the team
  • Proofread reports and documents as required
  • Research media, historical data, community sponsorships, and developmental approval or rejections of multiple project initiatives
  • Ensure the database and records for both internal and external parties are up to date
  • Act in an administrative support role for multiple members of the team and the office as a whole
  • Attend industry events, open houses, and public events when needed
  • Qualifications :

  • Advanced research capabilities

  • Expert in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with experience in editing, preparing drafts, minutes, and agendas
