A leading insurance firm in Kitchener is looking for an experienced Office and Commercial Manager. The ideal candidate will lead the Commercial Risk Placement team, focus on operational efficiency, and manage key relationships. We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Office and Commercial Manager to join our Kitchener office. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and support corporate objectives. You will also provide direct leadership to our Commercial Risk Placement Team and act as a key liaison with Head Office.
Key Accountabilities
Reporting to the EVP, Commercial Lines, you will lead the Commercial Risk Placement team, maximizing client experience and ensuring service standards are achieved. You will also collaborate with the regional sales team and personal lines team towards greater operational efficiency and processes to achieve corporate objectives.
