Job summary

A technology services provider in York Region is seeking an administrative support staff member to implement and evaluate administrative procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to manage a busy office. This full-time role offers 30 to 40 hours of work per week with a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.

  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
