Reporting to our CFO, you’ll lead a small team, ensuring our spaces are inspiring, our operations seamless, and our employees feel supported and connected. You’ll collaborate closely with our Executive, People & Culture, Finance, and IT teams to champion an exceptional employee experience.
This is an ideal role for someone who takes pride in operational excellence, facilities management, and delivering meaningful employee experiences.

The base pay range for this position in Canada is $70k - $110k / year + bonus
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
