Tasks
  1. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  2. Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  3. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  4. Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  5. Monitor and evaluate operations.
  6. Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  7. Prepare financial statements and reports.
  8. Ensure compliance with government regulations.
