Office Manager Position

As the Office Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your responsibilities include managing administrative tasks and supporting team members. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and versatile, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, answer calls and emails, and direct inquiries.
  2. Maintain and organize physical and electronic files for easy access.
  3. Demonstrate professionalism and excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, vendors, and team members.
  4. Ensure smooth operation of phone systems and office equipment, coordinating repairs as needed.
  5. Assist with calendar management for meetings, appointments, and events.
  6. Manage leads by gathering initial information and assigning to sales staff.
  7. Assist with invoice processing and tracking.
Skills & Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in office management or a related role.
  2. Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
  6. Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
