*Overview*We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills and have a background in administrative tasks, human resources, and bookkeeping. This role requires effective communication and organizational abilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment while managing a team.*Responsibilities** Supervise front desk operations and ensure excellent customer service.* Manage human resources functions including payroll processing, employee onboarding, and training & development.* Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks and oversee budget management.* Handle clerical tasks such as filing, vendor management, and correspondence.* Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and phone etiquette.* Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workspace.* Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.* Assist in team management by providing guidance, support, and training to staff members.*Qualifications** Proven experience in an office management or administrative role with supervisory responsibilities.* Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record keeping.* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective filing and record maintenance.* Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients.* Experience in human resources functions including payroll management is preferred.* Familiarity with clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation.* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive team environment.* Experience with budgeting processes is a plus.
