Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Responsibilities
  1. Implement and review new administrative procedures
  2. Delegate work to office support staff
  3. Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met
  4. Administer policies related to the release of records under government access to information and privacy legislation
  5. Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budget controls
  6. Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  7. Train staff and oversee administrative procedures
  8. Resolve conflict situations
  9. Monitor and evaluate office operations
  10. Plan and control budget and expenditures
