A leading financial services firm in Calgary seeks an Office Manager to coordinate administrative duties, provide senior-level support, and oversee a high-performing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in management and extensive experience with executive-level responsibilities. This role is on-site three days a week and requires a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Description
The Office Manager is responsible for coordinating and participating in a variety of administrative duties and special projects that drive the team's business goals forward.
This role will report to the Vice President and will manage a variety of administrative and operational tasks to help plan, build, and execute on business priorities including providing senior level administrative support to the Deputy Chairwoman and the Vice President while overseeing other administrative resources, and taking the lead on event planning.
The successful candidate must be a dynamic individual who is adept at balancing multiple, evolving priorities requiring a range of skills, who is an efficient self-starter who works well on a team, and who thrives in a fast-paced, intense, and exciting environment.
This role is based in Calgary, Alberta and requires working from the office Tuesday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's. Note, the in-person office schedule may change from time to time depending on client engagements.
