Muskoka Woods in Rosseau, Ontario, seeks office and retreat staff who support MW Core Values and have a passion for working with youth. The role involves administrative duties, guest service, and team-based problem solving across camp and retreat activities.

The position runs January 3 to June 20, 2027. Pay is $220 CAD per week plus room and board, with shared on-site staff accommodation. Candidates should show strong administrative and customer-service skills and enjoy teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Help guests and staff in emergencies.
• Maintain supervision and assist in rounds.
• Travel around camp with guests.
• Participate in 6–8 hour activity blocks daily.
• Lead both small and large group activities.
• Communicate clearly with staff and guests by phone and in person.
• Assist with lifting and projects (10–30 lbs).
