Job description
Office Coordinator / Operations Generalist

FeedFlo, an ag‑tech startup in Winnipeg, needs an Operations Generalist who can juggle dashboards, customer emails, shipping labels, expense sheets, and the odd sensor assembly. If you’re a self‑starter who loves ticking off to‑do lists and keeping teams organized, join us for flexible hours, full benefits, and a front‑row seat to scaling barn technology.

Overview

FeedFlo’s on‑pipe sensors help livestock producers keep every pig fed and growing—cutting waste, boosting margins, and bringing barn management into the data age. You’ll join a tight, mission‑driven team where your fingerprints will be on everything from the next sensor shipment to the next marketing campaign.

What you’ll own
  • Morning system sweep – log in to our dashboard, spot‑check barns & sensors, and flag anything that looks wonky.
  • Writing - for social media, grant application, marketing material.
  • Customer champion – draft friendly emails, pick up the phone, and keep farmers in the loop.
  • Packages in / packages out – sign for deliveries, kit sensors, box orders, generate labels, and shepherd them to the carrier.
  • Numbers & paperwork – reconcile expenses, double‑check payroll inputs, and keep our books and inventory tidy.
  • Light‑handed manufacturing – assemble or QA a handful of sensor units when production peaks.
  • Project wrangler – turn a fuzzy idea into a todo list, chase blockers, and close the loop.
  • Anything the world throws at us

Expect plenty of variety—no two days look exactly alike!
