A leading company in the asset management sector is seeking an Office Coordinator for its Toronto office. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing daily operations, supporting onboarding processes, and coordinating events, contributing to a positive workplace culture. Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a proactive attitude.

As the Office Coordinator for Sagard's New York office, you will be a key member of the People & Culture Team, critical to fostering a positive and efficient workplace experience. You will manage daily office operations, provide exceptional guest services, and coordinate meetings and events. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage a variety of responsibilities and contribute to Sagard's culture. Standard office hours are 8 AM - 5 PM EST, with occasional flexibility required.
