Job description

Be a part of something great by joining the team as an Office Coordinator at NW Heating & Air in Bremerton, WA! We are a locally owned team that serves the surrounding community with electrical, standby generator, and HVAC services. Having been in business 30 years, we have built a reputation for the highest quality work and develop trusting relationships with our customers.

What you’ll do:
  1. Coordinate generator installations and HVAC projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  2. Provide an excellent first impression with customer interactions that include incoming calls, scheduling service work and appointments, and email communications.
  3. Partner with the installation and field service teams on current and upcoming projects, utilities, local inspection authorities, and contracts.
  4. Utilize internal software that includes client relationship management (CRM) systems, as well as learn new programs.
  5. Ensure technicians meet service call targets, conduct regular follow-ups with homeowners, and uphold company values in every interaction.
What you’ll bring:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. 2+ years of experience within customer service.
  3. Proven knowledge of power generation, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or utility trades.
  4. Experience with contract and technical terminology throughout various municipalities.
  5. Computer savvy, as you'll coordinate scheduling, dispatch, spreadsheet, and client relationship management (CRM) software.
