Job summary

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of a busy real estate office. From greeting clients and answering phones to supporting realtors with everything from CRM tools to event coordination, you’ll be a key player in helping the team thrive.

If you’re motivated, eager to learn, and love keeping things organized, this could be the perfect fit. Real estate experience is a plus, but not a must—we’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude, a willingness to grow, and a genuine interest in the industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

  • Provide friendly, solution-focused support to realtors and clients via phone, email, and in person.
  • Manage routine office tasks (e.g. supply orders, maintenance coordination) and support other locations as needed.
  • Handle order intake, payment processing, deposits, and basic billing.
  • Promote and support tools and services, including light CRM guidance and documentation.
  • Help improve office processes by collaborating with teammates and contributing to best practices.
  • Create and update simple support resources (e.g. how-to guides, FAQs).
  • Assist with event planning—booking venues, coordinating vendors/staff, managing invites, budgets, and ticketing.

Education:

  • Post-secondary is considered an asset.

Experience:

  • 1+ years experience in an office/administrative role is required.
  • Experience in real estate or similar industry preferred.

Base Salary:

  • Salary based on experience.

Work Hours:

  • 8:30am – 4:30pm.
  • Monday to Friday.

Remote Work:

  • This position is not remote and required to be on-site.

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
