A real estate office in Canada is seeking an organized and motivated individual to support day-to-day operations. The role includes greeting clients, managing routine tasks, and assisting realtors with CRM tools and event coordination. Ideal candidates will have prior administrative experience and a strong customer service mindset. This position requires on-site presence, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of a busy real estate office. From greeting clients and answering phones to supporting realtors with everything from CRM tools to event coordination, you’ll be a key player in helping the team thrive.
If you’re motivated, eager to learn, and love keeping things organized, this could be the perfect fit. Real estate experience is a plus, but not a must—we’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude, a willingness to grow, and a genuine interest in the industry.
