We are looking for a versatile and reliable individual to fill a dual-role position as an Office Clerk & Warehouse Helper. This role involves both administrative office tasks and hands-on warehouse duties, making it ideal for someone who is adaptable and comfortable working in both environments.
Responsibilities:
Office Clerk Duties:
Data entry, processing orders, and filing documents
Manning phone calls and providing customer support
Using QuickBooks for basic invoicing and order tracking
Warehouse Helper Duties:
Assisting with loading and unloading shipments
Organizing inventory and packing orders
Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
Requirements:
Must live in Kitchener or surrounding areas
Ability to multitask and switch between office and warehouse duties
Some experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office preferred
Physically able to lift and move boxes as needed
