Job description

We are looking for a versatile and reliable individual to fill a dual-role position as an Office Clerk & Warehouse Helper. This role involves both administrative office tasks and hands-on warehouse duties, making it ideal for someone who is adaptable and comfortable working in both environments.

Responsibilities:

Office Clerk Duties:

  • Data entry, processing orders, and filing documents
  • Manning phone calls and providing customer support
  • Using QuickBooks for basic invoicing and order tracking

Warehouse Helper Duties:

  • Assisting with loading and unloading shipments
  • Organizing inventory and packing orders
  • Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment

Requirements:

  • Must live in Kitchener or surrounding areas
  • Ability to multitask and switch between office and warehouse duties
  • Some experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Physically able to lift and move boxes as needed
