Description
- We are currently seeking a Parking Permit Office Clerk for our Toronto Pearson Airport location. The Parking Permit Office Clerk is responsible for processing employee parking applications and revalidations, responding to phone calls and email queries regarding Toronto Pearson Employee Parking and performing other Employee Parking admin tasks.Duties & Responsibilities:Process Parking Permit applications accurately and in a timely mannerProvide support to all Stakeholders regarding employee parking concerns and questionsInform and advise customers and clients on our products and servicesRespond to email queries within the 24-hour deadline and in a professional mannerProvide solutions to discrepanciesEnsure all accounts and profiles are updated and accurateMaintain tracking logs for parking passes both issued and returnedMaintain email logTrack parking pass inventoryEnsure proper distribution of assigned parking facilities based on space availabilityProvide assistance and support to A/R Team for billing purposesPerform Parking Permit admin duties as directedGenerate and submit reports according to their deadlinesKeeping an organized work environmentOther admin tasks, as requiredWorking Conditions:Monday to Friday
- 9am-5pm – In Office (on site)Professional work attire – partial uniformRequired
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience is requiredStrong English communication skills with an open attitude to take direction and feedbackProven customer service-oriented attitudeExcellent problem-solving skillsKnowledge of Microsoft suite of products.Ability to work comfortably using Word, Excel and technology and computers in generalBilingualism (English and French) is a strong assetAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environmentA strong team player who can work independently with minimal supervisionResults-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relationsExceptional time management and organizational capabilities
