Location : Montreal East (RDP)

Salary : Up to $65,000 based on experience + 4 weeks vacation!

If you are a proactive Office Clerk / Administrative Assistant with excellent organizational skills and a desire to work closely with our President and operations team, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities :

  • Answer and manage phone calls
  • Handle calendar and agenda management
  • Prepare correspondence and arrange conference calls
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Valid driver's license
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a small office environment and wear multiple hats
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
