Job Description
-Monday to Thursday (20 to 32 hours per week)
-Flexible scheduling available
-Greet clients in person, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
-Schedule and manage appointments
-Process payments by debit and credit card
-Maintain filing system and patient records
Qualifications
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient with computers, familiarity with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is an asset
-Excellent customer service abilities
-Proficient with operating debit/credit card machines
-Bilingual in English and French is preferred
