Job summary

IIPCT is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Office Cleaner for our Bancroft location. You will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, patients, and visitors, supporting daily office operations and high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, reception areas, washrooms, and common spaces; restocking supplies; and following health and safety protocols.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas.
• Empty garbage and recycling bins and replace liners as needed.
• Restock washroom and kitchen supplies, including paper products and soap.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and high-touch areas regularly.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or supply shortages to management.
• Safely use and store cleaning products and equipment in accordance with workplace procedures.
• Follow established health and safety policies, including infection prevention and control protocols.

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team at our Bancroft location. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, patients, and visitors. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our office and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.

Work Conditions:

• Part-time position based at our Bancroft location hours are Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 7:30pm
• Evening and/or weekend shifts may be required.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying cleaning supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Work involves routine use of cleaning chemicals and equipment while following appropriate safety procedures.
