Responsibilities

• Fully handle the cleanliness for level 1,2, and 3 including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
• Cleaning lobby glass doors & windows (twice per month)
• Ensure the cleanliness of Loading Bay by sweeping whenever is necessary
• Emptying trash bins and replacing liners (twice per day)
• Maintain toilet cleanliness on all levels including refilling supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.)
• Wipe toilet mirror, hand soap dispenser, hand dryer and vanity top.
• Clean pantry area to ensure all time cleanliness.
• Clean desk phones, wipe stairs railings and minor repair/handiwork.
• Reporting maintenance issues like leaks or broken fixtures to supervisors.
