Job summary

McGill University is seeking a part-time student worker for the Department of Music Performance, Ensemble Resource Office. The role supports the ensemble by handling sheet music, attendance records, and rehearsal logistics.

Eligible students must have work-study eligibility, be a music student, and preferred ensemble members are given priority. Scheduling is coordinated with ensemble directors; weekend work possible.

• Efficiently setup and strike all rehearsals in the 30 minutes prior and following rehearsals.
• Confirm seating charts and assignments for rehearsals.
• Work directly with the Ensemble Resource Supervisor and Performance Librarian.
