Position Details

Position Title: Office Assistant

Reports to: Operations Manager

Subordinate Staff: N/A

Job Summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support daily office operations as needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and responding to emails.
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of documents, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and other business-related forms.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses, preparing expense reports, and assisting with budget tracking.
  • Reconciliation of the receipts and the invoice and retrieve all missing information from superintendent, foreman and field crews.
  • Involve in the preparation of the monthly review process and create any reports that may be needed.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accurate and timely retrieval of information.
  • Provide administration and data support as determined by the Operations Manager.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient communication and coordination of tasks.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
