Our client is searching for a highly-skilled and motivated Office Assistant, who will be providing support with various administrative duties. The Office Assistant is a long-term contract / temporary HYBRID (only 2-3 days in office!) opportunity and is located in the Toronto, Ontario area.

Job Requirements :

  • At least one year of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
  • Experience working in banking, finance or insurance is an asset
  • Capacity to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
  • Data processing experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience
  • Should possess a thorough knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
  • Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
  • A willingness to take on both small administrative tasks and high visibility requests
  • Succeed independently with tasks
  • Implement and improve changes in procedures immediately
