Unilux Brand is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain daily office operations and procedures.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Handle correspondence, manage schedules, and organize meetings.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and documents.
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Order office supplies and ensure that stock levels are maintained.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
Strong working knowledge of office equipment and computer software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
