About Us

We are a growing HVAC distribution company providing top-quality heating and cooling equipment and services to wholesalers. Our warehouse team is busy, and we’re looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for warehouse and sales operations
  • Answer phones, emails, and assist customers with inquiries
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for order fulfillment and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and returns
  • Assist with warranty claims, filing, and data entry
  • General office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Qualifications
  • Previous office or administrative experience (warehouse or HVAC industry experience is an asset)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed
Work hours
  • 37.5 to 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 9 to 4:30
