Accountabilities include:

  • Serving as the welcoming face of the firm, ensuring every client and guest feels acknowledged;
  • Maintaining office organization and cleanliness;
  • Supporting billing processes, including invoicing and payments;
  • Managing petty cash and supporting financial workflows;
  • Providing administrative support across various projects;
  • Ensuring office technology is functional and ready for use.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in administrative, office, or accounting support roles, preferably in professional services; post-secondary education in related fields is a plus;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 or higher);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Word, Excel; familiarity with Dext, Xero, Actionstep is advantageous;
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment focused on outcomes;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Dependable, proactive, and initiative-taking;
  • Eligible to work in Canada as an Ontario resident.

This role is a Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm in-office position, emphasizing in-person collaboration.
