Employment Type: Part-Time

Required Hours: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 12pm-4pm.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Compensation: $17 to $19 per hour

Location: Momentum Health Seton, 3815 Front Street SE #129, Calgary, AB, T3M 2J6

Momentum Health empowers patients through collaborative healthcare. Join us as we guide Albertans through evidence-informed multidisciplinary care, including Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Kinesiology, Athletic Therapy, Physiatry, and Sport Medicine.

Our multidisciplinary clinic features several exam rooms, a dedicated gym, and rehab area, with a large referral base from family medicine and allied health professionals throughout Calgary. We offer innovative programs such as GLA:D Back, Hip & Knee, Shoulder, and Concussion Programs.

We are seeking a Part-Time enthusiastic individual for a combined Medical Office Administrator and Physiotherapist Aide position. This role requires flexibility to handle administrative tasks on some days and clinical support on others.

The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Current enrollment or graduation from a related college diploma program (asset)
  • Experience in a medical office environment (asset)
  • Experience with medical billing systems (MedAccess, Wolf, Practice Perfect, etc.) (asset)
  • Alberta Health Care billing knowledge (asset)
  • Experience as a Physiotherapist Aide (asset)
  • Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting (asset)
  • Please do not apply without relevant medical/rehab office experience or serious interest in a career change
  • Must commit to a one-year term
