Paladin Security has an excellent opportunity for a career orientated and professional Office Administrator to join their team. This is a challenging and dynamic assignment for an individual who is self-motivated, has the ability to manage a variety of assignments and is seeking career advancement opportunity.

Essential Job Functions:

Receive and allocate incoming mail and redirect calls and inquiries to appropriate employees
Organize meeting logistics to ensure all necessary materials and equipment have been prearranged
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department as required
Photocopy and distribute documents
Maintain phone lists and filing system
Respond to public inquires with a high level of professionalism
Enter data into inventory software as required
Processing Invoices
Career fair support
Security license reminders and stand downs to Management teams
Uniform returns
Employee tickets
General office support
