Paladin Security has an excellent opportunity for a career-oriented and professional Office Administrator to join their team. This is a challenging and dynamic assignment for an individual who is self-motivated, able to manage a variety of tasks, and seeking career advancement.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Receive and allocate incoming mail and redirect calls and inquiries to appropriate employees
  2. Organize meeting logistics to ensure all necessary materials and equipment are prepared
  3. Provide administrative support to the People and Culture Department as required
  4. Maintain phone lists and filing systems
  5. Respond to public inquiries professionally
  6. Uniforming employees
  7. Processing invoices
  8. Support for career fairs
  9. Reminders for licensing to management teams and employees
  10. Uniform returns
  11. General office support
