Paladin Security has an excellent opportunity for a career orientated and professional Office Administrator to join our team. This is a challenging and dynamic assignment for an individual who is self-motivated, has the ability to manage a variety of assignments and is seeking career advancement opportunity.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Receive and allocate incoming mail and redirect calls and inquiries to appropriate employees
  • Organize meeting logistics to ensure all necessary materials and equipment have been prearranged
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department as required
  • Photocopy and distribute documents
  • Maintain phone lists and filing system
  • Coordinate office equipment and supplies
  • Respond to public inquires with a high level of professionalism
  • Maintain a inventory system

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Administrative experience is an asset
  • Proven maturity to effectively handle and prioritize competing demands with short deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Pleasant telephone etiquette and outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High regard for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient use in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ongoing interest in training and personal development.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
